Sometimes all you need to calm down is a reminder that you are one of the earth creatures. you have gifts and skills. You can use reason and logic. ( although there is little evidence that people are applying it).
Last evening i watched the blackbirds coming into the roost last night. I loved the way some soared around before dropping into the the bamboo and trees across the way. They looked like they were having fun. I was having fun and Maggie Mae watched with me and was amazed how many there were.
” Where have they been?”‘ ” I don’t know.”
They were home now.
